Chief Olusegun Matthew Okikiola Aremu Obasanjo, GCFR, (born 5 March 1937) is a Nigerian political and military leader who served as Nigeria’s head of state from 1976 to 1979 and later as its president from 1999 to 2007.



Bishop Kayode Williams (JP) is the visionary leader of the Prison Rehabilitation Mission International (PREMI). He is an inclusive godly leader who demonstrates the love of God in his dealings. He is the voice that consistently calls for the reformation of prisons in Africa.
The birth of Prison Rehabilitation Mission International came out of the conviction of Bishop Kayode that the deplorable condition of the prisons in Africa and mere incarceration offenders with limited or no emphasis on reforms and adequate care will reproduce new hardened criminals after release. This conclusion was borne out of his experience during his incarceration before he received a national presidential pardon from the then president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Olusegun Obasanjo (GCFR). He was appointed to serve on the Presidential Committee on Prison Reforms and Rehabilitation in 2006. Since this grace, Bishop Williams has relentlessly pursued the vision of PREMI with great zeal and vigor, and this pursuit have provided enviable results which drew the attention and support of presidents of nations, royal fathers, governors, industrialist, educationists, and notable philanthropists worldwide.
The commitment of Bishop Williams and his genuineness of purpose in the call for prison reforms and rehabilitation led to the support of his vision by members of the Board of Trustees who volunteered their unflinching support. Bishop Kayode Williams is also the founder and presiding bishop of the Christ’s Vessel of Grace Church. He has built relationships founded on trust with dignitaries nationally and Internationally. He was the general evangelist of The Apostolic Church in Lagos, Western and Northern Areas, and currently serves as the vice-president of Integrity Ministers International Ministry, and member of the Kayode Williams International Movement (KWIM), a political movement that centers on the progress of the nation. The mission of the political movement is to raise leader of leaders and leaders of proven integrity.

A foremost legal luminary whose influence and impact in the legal profession in particular, and the country in general, are unparalleled. A philanthropists ‘par excellence’, who has touched the lives of numerous down-trodden citizens of this country. He capped his philanthropic practice recently with the founding of Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti, an institution widely acclaimed to be astounding.

Oba Dr. Adedapo Tejuoso, the Oshile of Oke-Ona Egbaland, is a frontline traditional ruler in the country. A distinguished medical professional who founded the Teju Group of Clinics, an astute entrepreneur and an outstanding Rotarian who serve the Rotary club at the highest level worldwide and received numerous awards and commendations. He was a member of the Presidential Commission on Prison Reforms and Rehabilitation in 2006.



Professor Lawrence Olakunle Kehinde is an erudite retired Professor of Electronic and Electrical Engineering. He was one of the founders of the National Prison Rehabilitation Ministry (NAPREM) in 1982, a ministry which later metamorphosed into the Prison Rehabilitation Mission International (PREMI). He is currently a member of the Board of trustees of PREMI.

Professor Kehinde was ordained as a pastor by the late Pastor S. G. Elton who was a missionary to Nigeria based then in Ilesha, Osun State.  He has operated in this capacity for almost four decades and has been able to mentor many pastors locally and internationally.  His utmost desire is to impact emerging generations with the deep knowledge of God by maintaining the old landmarks of the Christian faith through our Lord, Jesus Christ.

He is happily married to Mrs. Tokunbo Alaba Kehinde, a retired University Administrator. They are blessed with children and grandchildren as well as many spiritual children.



Bishop Kayode Williams is the visionary leader of the organization. He is the presiding Bishop of Christ’s Vessel of Grace Church. He embraced the PREMI vision as an opportunity to reciprocate God’s mercy which he received which prompted the federal government to grant him state pardon over his conviction many years age.

He has relentlessly pursued the vision with great zeal and vigor, giving it all he could as the Lord has enabled him. His commitment and genuineness of purpose endeared him to members of the Board of Trustees who volunteered their unflinching support.

He was appointed to serve on the Presidential Committee on Prison Reforms and Rehabilitation in 2006.



Hon. Justice Shogbola is a distinguished judge at the National Industrial Court, where she served meritoriously for 15years as the chief Registrar.



An articulate legal practitioner cum human right activist. He is a past National President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA)



Chief Ade Ojo obtained a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) and has attended various top Management Development Courses including the Chief Executives’ Programme of the Lagos Business School (CEP-7) and the IESE/LBS Seminar on Competitive Strategy and Value Creation in Barcelona, Spain. 

He was honoured with the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Honoris Causa by the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and holds the Nnamdi Azikwe Distinction Award for Excellence. He is a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and Institute of Directors (IoD). 

He is also recipient of the National honour of Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) and holds the traditional title of Aare Asiwaju of Ilara Mokin. He is the Chairman/Founder of Elizade Nigeria Limited and an industrialist of high repute. He chairs several Boards cutting across several industries including Toyota Nigeria Limited, Moore House Sofitel Limited, Courteville Investments Plc and Custodian & Allied Insurance Company Limited.



Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu, SAN, or Rotimi Akeredolu, (born 21 July 1956) is a Nigerian politician and lawyer who is the Governor of Ondo State, Nigeria and also a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) who became president of the Nigerian Bar Association in 2008. Akeredolu was also a Managing Partner at the Law Firm of Olujinmi & Akeredolu, a Law Firm he co-founded with Chief Akin Olujinmi, a former Attorney General and Minister for Justice in Nigeria.

Akeredolu was born on 21 July 1956 in Owo, Ese Odo, in Ondo State. Akeredolu started his primary education at Government School, Owo. He proceeded to Aquinas College, Akure, Loyola College, Ibadan and Comprehensive High School, Ayetoro, for his secondary school education and Higher School Certificate, respectively. He attended the Loyola College in Ibadan. He went on to the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) to study Law, graduating in 1977. He was called to the Nigerian Bar 1978.

Akeredolu was appointed Attorney General of Ondo State from 1997–1999. In 1998 he became a Senior Advocate of Nigeria. He was Chairman of the Legal Aid Council (2005–2006).

Dr. Silas O. Falokun


Dr. Falokun is the career and education counselor at the education department of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice since 2012. He is a college professor, a career and academic counselor, a behavior interventionist, and a drug, domestic violence, parenting, and anger management expert. He a member of the PREMI family and is excited to be part of the prison reforms in Nigeria and Africa.

Reverend James Ademuyiwa


Rev. James Ademuyiwa is a man after God’s heart, lover of God and teacher of the Word. He’s also a senior pastor at In His Presence Christ Tabernacle which is an apostolic and evangelical church, founded strictly on the principles and doctrines of Jesus Christ. The church stands firmly on the faith of the Apostles believe, preach the undiluted word of God without compromise and uphold the Christian values as preached Jesus Christ the saviour of the world.
